The Wellness Circle has several limitations that are important to understand before enrolling:

- Specialist treatment provided outside The Haven is not included.
- Hospital-related charges and procedures requiring hospital admission are not covered.
- The plan does not apply to dental care costs covered under automobile medical claims or workers' compensation.
- Membership benefits cannot be transferred to another person.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Unused benefits do not roll over after the 12-month membership period.
- A $50 reinstatement fee applies if a membership lapses.
